The Office
A quiet room on the third floor, and a door you can find easily.
Getting yourself to a first trauma therapy appointment is hard enough without also wondering where to park. Here is everything you need to know before you arrive.
Parking is free and on site
Park Place Plaza has 18 surface spaces plus 8 covered spaces. Arrive five minutes early and you will not have to circle.
Light rail is walkable
Angle Lake Station is a short walk along International Boulevard, which makes telehealth optional rather than necessary if you do not drive.
Third floor, Suite 311
A three-story building set back from International Boulevard, with a pond and balconies on the property. Come up to the third floor and have a seat — I will come out to meet you.
The building
Park Place Plaza, from the parking lot.
Knowing what a place looks like before you walk into it is a small thing that makes a real difference when your nervous system is already doing extra work.

Finding us
On the map.
Or we never meet in person at all.
Available to clients anywhere in Washington State. Telehealth is not a lesser version of this work — for some people it is the better one, because doing hard processing in a room you already trust means less to brace against on the way in and on the way out.
EMDR works over video
The protocol adapts cleanly. We use self-administered tapping or on-screen bilateral cues in place of the paddles.
You must be in Washington
State licensure means you need to be physically located in Washington at the time of session — including if you travel.
Set up your room first
Headphones, a closed door, a glass of water, and something soft to hold. We will talk through it before your first session.
You can mix the two
Plenty of clients come in person for reprocessing and use video for stabilization weeks. That flexibility is deliberate.

Consults happen by phone first, so you never have to make the drive before you know it's a fit.
