    Usually sooner. I answer my own inquiries — there is no front desk between us.

    We talk for fifteen or twenty minutes

    You describe what is going on. I describe how I work. We both decide honestly whether it fits.

    If it fits, we schedule

    If it does not, I will tell you plainly and point you toward someone better suited.
